Cancellation
We allow order cancellations within 12 hours of purchase. If canceled, you will receive a full refund within 2-3 days.
We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.If you want to cancel the order, please contact us by email: service@auranails.vip (attached your order number or confirmation email)

30-Day Unconditional Refund Guarantee for Unopened & Unused Items
Undamaged products could be returned for a full refund for any reason within 30 days of the date of purchase. please contact us via email: service@auranail.vip (attached the order number and the status of the products) .The Customer Service team will verify the reason for the return with you and will also request photos of the product and packaging from various angles.
The email should contain:
  1. Your order number #AURA.
  2. Photos that clearly show the appearance of all sides of the product
  3. Photos of the complete accessory display
  4. Photos of the original packaging
After receiving your refund application email, We will process your application within 3 business days. Unused and unopened products can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Refunds will be processed after the warehouse has inspected the item's condition and confirmed the return. If your product exhibits a quality defect within 30 days of purchase, please contact the AURA NAILS support team via email at your earliest convenience. We will evaluate the issue and provide the best possible assistance.
All return shipping charges must be prepaid. COD deliveries will not be accepted. For non-quality-related returns, the buyer is responsible for the shipping costs.
Once we receive your return, please allow up to 10 business days for us to process your refund. On your bank's side, it typically takes 7-10 business days for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. For disputed orders, resolution may take 3-6 months.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, start by checking your bank account again. Next, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to appear. Processing times can vary, so give it a few days for the refund to officially post.

Exclusions
Aura Nails's warranty does not apply to:
  • Damaged due to misuse, accidents, or natural events (e.g., lightning strikes, tornadoes, hurricanes, etc.).
  • Unauthorized modifications, repairs, disassembly, or use not following official instructions or manuals.
  • Non-quality related issues
Items purchased from unauthorized resellers
  • Used for purposes beyond standard consumer applications.
  • Lost /stolen/free/refunded product
  • Defects or damage resulting from exposure to extreme temperatures, liquids, or other external factors.
  • Not able to provide valid proof of purchase
