refund policy

We want you to love your aura nails. Because press-on nails are a personal-care item, our return rules are a little different from other products.

Cancelling a pre-order

You can cancel any pre-order for a full refund until it ships. Email hello@auranails.co with your order number.

Returns

Unopened sets in their original, sealed packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. Return shipping is paid by the customer. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of sets that have been opened, tried on or used.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your set arrives damaged, has a defect, or is not the set you ordered, email hello@auranails.co within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or issue a refund, at no cost to you.

Sizing

Please check our size guide before you order. Sets that do not fit but are unopened can be returned under the rules above.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Original shipping costs are not refunded unless the return is due to our error.

How to start a return

Email hello@auranails.co with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply with instructions.
