This website is operated by aura nails ("aura nails", "we", "us"), based in Orlando, Florida. By visiting our site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Products and pre-orders

Our press-on nails are handmade and sold in limited quantities. Colors may vary slightly from photos because of screens and the handmade process. Some products are sold as pre-orders, and the expected ship date is shown on the product page. We may limit quantities and may cancel an order, with a full refund, if an item cannot be fulfilled.

Pricing and payment

All prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. Payments are processed securely by Shopify. We do not store your full card details.

Accounts and accuracy of information

Please give accurate, current information when you check out or sign up for our email list. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time with the link in any email.

Use of the site

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to access it without authorization, interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including the aura name and logo, photos, text and designs, belongs to aura nails and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

Product use and safety

Press-on nails are for external cosmetic use only. Stop using them if you experience irritation or an allergic reaction, and consult a medical professional if needed. Follow the application instructions included with your set.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, aura nails is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.
