Handmade in limited drops

Every aura nails set is handmade and released in limited monthly drops. Because each set is made for the people who order it, orders are treated as pre-orders until they ship.

Processing time

Each product page lists the expected ship date for that drop. Orders ship on or shortly after that date. If a ship date changes, we will email you.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only.

Shipping rates and delivery

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Orders are sent with USPS and typically arrive within 2 to 5 business days after they ship. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Tracking

You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Please make sure your shipping address and email are correct at checkout.

Lost, delayed or damaged packages

If your package has not arrived 10 days after it shipped, or it arrives damaged, email us at hello@auranails.co and we will make it right.
